— Why we built this, and who it's for —
Estate Sale Weekly is a national directory of estate sales, auctions, and moving sales — built for the people who actually drive to them on Saturday mornings.
We started this site because finding good estate sales used to mean checking five different websites, scrolling through Craigslist, squinting at PDFs of newspaper classifieds, and still somehow missing the great sale two streets away.
The big estate sale aggregators have been around for fifteen years, and they still feel like it. Cluttered layouts. Forced logins to see addresses. Confusing filters. No way to get an alert when a sale matching what you actually collect shows up nearby.
We thought we could do better.
Estate Sale Weekly tracks estate sales, auctions, and moving sales in all 50 states. We aggregate listings from:
You can search by ZIP code, filter by category (furniture, jewelry, tools, antiques, art, books, and more), and sign up for free email alerts when sales matching your interests pop up near you.
We're built for:
If you organize estate sales, we'd love to list yours. Basic listings are free for the first six months — you get visibility to thousands of motivated buyers, we get accurate sale data. Learn more about listing sales.
Browsing Estate Sale Weekly is — and always will be — free for buyers. We support the site through:
We don't sell your email address. We don't make you log in to see addresses. We don't bury sales behind a paywall. If something on the site changes that, we'll tell you on this page first.
Yes, we know the site looks a bit like a vintage newspaper. That's on purpose. Estate sales are about the things people gathered, used, and loved across a lifetime — and the people who go to estate sales tend to appreciate craftsmanship, history, and the value of a well-made thing. The site is built to match that sensibility.
